To exercise this guarantee please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and submit a request with the order for which the item(s) you want to return appear. Within 72 hours you will receive an email correspondence regarding your return request. DO NOT return any merchandise until you have received an email from our customer service team detailing how and where to return your item(s). All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.). Some exclusions to items that may be returned may apply. Please see the exclusion list below.
The product must be returned in its original box and packed inside of a protective shipping box. Any item returned that is not in the original packaging and/or inside a protective shipping box will not be accepted.
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers' products, or may be found on their respective web sites.
Exclusion List - the following item may not be returned
- Gift Cards
- Used merchandise
- Must Go Items
- Items marked as discontinued
- Bowling shoes that have been worn on a lane or shoe signs of wear or dirt.
- Items with production agreement/Made to Order items (ie. - Jeresys, Compression Sleeves, OnTheBallBowling items)
- Limited Edition/Special Edition products
- Bowling Balls with Drilling Option purchased
All items returned that were marked as or shipped as FREE SHIPPING* at the time of purchase will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Items being returned for exchange will not be charged a restock fee but will be charged an additional shipping charge when items are reshipped.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Buddies Pro Shop, Inc. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.
